Intake assessment (60 minutes) $220

Individual therapy follow-up:

45 minutes $170

55 minutes $185

Less than 24 hour notice to change/Do not attend scheduled appointment $125

Fees for supervision, consultation, and training are arranged individually based on needs.

Insurance and "out of network" benefits

I am in-network with BCBS of NC,

including all commercial PPO plans

and the State Health Plan.

I am not paneled with Blue Home.

I offer assistance in helping you seek reimbursement from your insurance company if I am not in network with your insurance. Should you choose this option, you are responsible for the full fee payment on the date of service. I will provide you with documentation for you to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
